Yeading Court Surgery welcomes patients living within the practice area, between Kingshill Avenue to Hayes bypass, and Uxbridge Road as far as Lansbury Drive.

If you have access to our online services, please click here. If you do not have access but would like to be able to book appointments, view your medication history or order repeat prescriptions online, please bring photographic ID with you to the surgery when you next visit.
COVID-19: Following the new government guidelines, Yeading Court Surgery is reverting back to GP telephone appointment system only. Please DO NOT COME to the surgery . CORONAVIRUS VACCINE/COVID-19 VACCINE
The GP or NHS will get in touch with you when it is your turn to be vaccinated. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT/CALL YOUR GP/DOCTOR/ NHS asking about vaccination. This is not a service that you can book beforehand. When your turn comes i the months ahead, you will be contacted and if you are contacted, kindly attend your appointment.

Econsult asks you questions about your symptoms or condition, and only takes a few minutes to complete. After filing in some details about you to verify who you are, your econsult is sent to your GP Practice so that they can help you. In having this information upfront, your Practice can decide on the best course of action for helping you manage your symptoms and condition, and this may mean you don’t have to come to the surgery unnecessarily.
If you symptoms sound very serious, the system has been built with the clinical knowledge to know that you may need help more quickly than your Practice can provide – in these cases, it will stop you from completing your econsult and suggest you seek urgent medical help.
One of the key benefits of econsult is that it is available at any time and from any device – meaning you can ask fro advice from your GP without having to queue on the phone or wait for weeks for an appointment you may not need.
Please cancel any appointment made with the healthcare team if you no longer require it. We will then be able to offer the appointment to someone else.
