Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions may be obtained in one of two ways:

• Leaving a written request in the letter box outside the surgery ( please follow blue arrow on the wall for indication).  Please allow 48 hours before collection.
• Sending an email through nhsnwl.yeadingct@nhs.net with the patient’s details and medication request.
• Using Emis Patient Access – please ask at reception for details.

Please ensure full name, date of birth, NHS number and address is enclosed and the name of the medication.  Patients are reminded that they must see a doctor for a medication review when asked to do so.

Patients might have their medication delivered by their nominated Pharmacies if they are unable to get to the surgery, they need to ask their nominated pharmacy if this service is available.  Alternatively, we can send the prescription to any pharmacy direct from the practice.  Please inform us if you wish to use either of these services.

We regret to inform you that telephone requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be accepted.
