Yeading Court Surgery is a non-limited partnership and is contracted to provide primary care services by NWL and forms part of the Long Lane First Care Group  Primary Care Network (PCN).

Yeading Court Surgery is not a training practice (i.e. we do not train other doctors).

Occasionally we do have student nurses shadowing the practice nurse, but you will be informed and your permission requested before they are allowed in your consultation.

Please call the reception to enquire about our patient participation group (PPG).  The Patient Participation Group has been developed in the most appropriate way to ensure regular engagement with a representative sample of the practice population, and it has a structure that allows it to reach the broadest cross section of the patient population. This includes the involvement of carers of registered patients, who themselves may not be registered patients of the practice.
