Appointments

Please telephone the practice to make appointments on 020 8845 1515.  Alternatively, use your patient online access login details to make appointments.

The receptionists take details of your call in order to direct you as quickly as possible to the service you require.

If you wish to speak to your doctor on the telephone please telephone after surgery. Sometimes it will be necessary for the receptionist to take your telephone number, the reason for the call and she will ask the doctor to return your call sometime that day.

Continuity of Care

To maintain continuity of care it is best to consult one doctor, but it may be necessary to see a different doctor from time to time, especially in the case of an emergency.

Please make it clear to the receptionist the doctor you wish to see if it is possible.

Appointments for more than one member of the family

If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen, please make a separate appointment for each of them as one appointment is for one patient only and the GP will not discuss any other medical issues related to a different family member during one 10-minutes appointment.

Waiting Times

We endeavour to keep the waiting time for an appointment to see a healthcare professional to 48 hours.  However, if you need to see a particular doctor at a particular time the waiting time may be longer. To book an appointment online, please use Emis Patient Access. If you are not registered for this service, please contact the Receptionists who will be able to provide you with more information.

When to call 

To make a morning telephone triage appointment  please call at 08:00

To make an afternoon telephone triage appointment please  call at 14:00

Routine Appointments

All routine appointments can be made on the day and it will be starting with a telephone triage (depending on availability), the GP will then decide if the patient needs to be seen face-to-face.  Patients can call either at 8am for a morning appointment or 2pm for an afternoon appointment.  Alternative, all patients can use their patient online access login details to book for appointments which are available online.

Doctors Appointments are Monday – Friday am and pm

Nurse Practitioner, Mrs Inderia Benjamin, appointments are Wednesdays and Thursdays all day.

Phlebotomy (blood test), Mr Satwinder Chauhan,  appointments are on Tuesdays only.

The PCN Pharmacists, Mr Anand Shah, appointments are on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The PCN pharmacy Technician, Miss Zoe Tayloy, appointments are on TUesdays only.

If no appointments are available in the surgery, patients can be booked in the extended hours hub, please ask the reception staff.
