Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations are available from Monday to Friday. Please call and book appointment so that doctor can call you.  If you have any urgent query during the day, you can also send an email to the surgery or use your online patient access to send a message to any GP you prefer.

A new system of telephone triage has been introduced for appointments as from June 2023. There will be no emergency appointments but patients can call on a daily basis either at 8am (for morning appointments – depending on availability) or 2pm (in the afternoon – depending on availability). Then patients will be book for a telephone triage with a GP. After the triage, the GP will decide if patient needs to be seen for a face-to-face appointment.
