Zero Tolerance

All the staff at the surgery have the right to carry out their work without threat or violence. The surgery has a zero tolerance policy towards this type of behaviour and abusive patients will be removed from our patient list.  Any patient who is physically or verbally abusive or threatening towards any member of our staff or other patients will be immediately reported to the police and removed from the surgery. We promise to treat all our patients with respect and dignity– in return we feel our staff are entitled to the same respect.

RUDE AND ABUSIVE PATEINTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR LIST IMMEDIATELY
