Patient Participation Group

Patient Participation Group (PPG)  

It is a group of patients working together with the practice staff to improve the GP practice services for everyone.

The PPG focuses on:

• Practice Feedback
• Patient Surveys
• Patient Education
• Health Promotion
• Practice Improvement

Yeading Court Surgery welcomes everyone age 16 and over to share their ideas, skills and enthusiasm.

To join us please download and fill in the PPG form and return it to the practice for the attention of the Practice Manager.  You can also ask the reception staff at the surgery to give you a printed copy.
